Sula Channel
Sula Channel
The site where Spanish colonizers used to hide their galeons during typhoons is, until now, a strategic location for hiding vessels and ships during tropical storms. It physically looks like a lake but it is a salty river that links the Albay Gulf and the Pacific Ocean.

Manta Rays
The world’s fifth largest fish, the manta ray can be found in between the aters of Ticao Island in Masbate and Bulan town in Sorsogon. One of only two areas where manta Rays abound, these giant mantas come to the area of Tacdogan Reef to feed, the reef being a 6-hectare shoal of coral formation 60 feet below the surface. A physical proof of thriving marine eco-system in Bicol waters.
